Common Problems Of Sanding Belt Machine

1. Vibration problem: Some sanding machines have sanding belts attached, and after starting the machine, the machine vibrates greatly. If it is not fixed, it will "run around randomly"! What's the reason? Mainly due to poor balance of the rotating wheel! The rotating wheels include rubber wheels, guide wheels, and motor pulleys. If one of the three rotating wheels has poor accuracy and balance, the machine's vibration will be poor! Another reason is that the clearance between the parts supporting the wheel is too large, causing relative motion and vibration between the parts. Another issue is that the motor is not properly fixed, which also generates vibration.
2. Noise problem: Noise is mainly caused by insufficient rigidity of the base and supporting parts, excessive clearance between matching parts (some factories have poor and outdated processing equipment, coupled with poor quality awareness, the manufactured parts are very poor, and there are almost no matching tolerance requirements!), the use of low-quality bearings, and the speed of sanding tape is too fast.
3. Lifespan issue: Some sanding machines break down shortly after use due to several reasons: the adjustment parts are made of gray cast iron, without using 45 # carbon steel precision casting, or without heat treatment, poor bearing quality, poor lubrication, the spindle has not undergone modulation heat treatment, or the hardness treated is too low or too high (too low is prone to wear, too high is prone to fracture), and the motor quality is poor.
4. Usage issue: The size and structural design of the machine are crucial, and a good structure and scientifically designed dimensions are the key to the efficiency of polishing workers.
Due to the continuous development of technologies such as sand belt machines, the role of sand belt machine polishing in the metal processing industry has become irreplaceable. With advanced sand belt polishing equipment, metal processing tasks such as surface polishing, circular polishing, finishing polishing and grinding, radius polishing, chamfering and deburring can be successfully completed. Adopting a modular design can improve the flexibility of the equipment and reduce costs. Industrial batch processing enterprises have high requirements for the flexibility of the equipment used. Adopting modular technology solutions can reduce production costs and save storage space in the production workshop. If only the components required for each processing step need to be added to the basic equipment, the return on investment of the equipment is also very high
