The Production Process Of Pallets

At present, domestic enterprises mainly use injection molding and hollow blow molding to produce plastic pallets.
The raw material for injection molded trays is generally low-pressure high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is molded in one injection molding. Its raw material cost is lower than that of blow molded trays, and it is currently widely used in China. Injection molding is suitable for forming trays with complex shapes and high stiffness requirements, and for forming and processing trays with large production batches. But the mold cost is high and the investment is large. There are very few flying edges and very little post-processing workload for the products. The molding cycle is short, usually about 3 minutes per cycle. The product has precise dimensions and good surface quality.
The main parameters considered in the manufacturing process of injection molded trays are: 1. mold clamping force; 2. Injection volume; 3. Injection pressure; 4. Plasticizing ability, plasticizing time; 5. Cycle period; 6. Mold: To reduce the molding force and improve product quality, hot runner molds should be used.
