Type

A-frame racks:
Designed to hold and transport large sheets of glass on a double-sided rack. They are often mobile and used for bulk storage and transport with forklifts.

L-shape racks:
Single-sided racks used for storing smaller batches, custom cuts, or glass remnants. They are also mobile and ideal for organizing varied inventory in a workshop.

Harp racks:
Features multiple slots for organizing smaller panes of glass in an upright position. They are used for storing finished and hollow glass products where organized access is important.

Roll-out racks:
Designed with a drawer-like structure, these racks are useful for storing valuable plate glass and improving space utilization in a warehouse.
Applications
Production line staging:
Racks are used to temporarily store and transport glass panels between different stages of the manufacturing process, such as annealing, cutting, and tempering.
Raw material storage:
We use heavy-duty racks to hold and organize large, raw glass stock that has not yet been processed.
Finished product storage:
Processed and semi-finished glass products, like insulated glass units (IGUs) or custom-cut glass, are stored safely in racks before being shipped.
Consolidation of shipments:
We can use transport racks to efficiently load multiple glass units for transport. When a retailer receives the racks, they can be moved directly from the truck into storage, reducing the need for manual repacking.
Packaging & Shipping
We use double-layer carton box package, or as your requirement.
For shipping, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS and so on, guaranting the safety and speed of goods.
